SovereignMind is a hybrid AI-agent venture architecture. The CEO, CFO, and CMO decision logic lives in Solidity smart contracts deployed on Somnia Agentic L1, leveraging its native agent primitives (LLM Inference, JSON API Request, LLM Parse Website). A minimal off-chain Node.js orchestrator handles cycle scheduling and transaction signing.

Our architecture relies on three core agents (CEO_Prime, CFO_Quant, CMO_Pulse). They utilize Somnia's native deterministic LLM Inference, JSON API Request, and LLM Parse Website capabilities to fetch live data, assess risks, analyze market sentiment, and reach algorithmic consensus. Agent compute runs through Somnia's agent runner; the orchestrator signs the resulting on-chain transactions.

Treasury and protocol-owned liquidity are managed through automated agent decision cycles scheduled by a Node.js orchestrator (node-cron). The CFO_Quant agent uses real-time market data via the Somnia JSON API Request Agent. The off-chain operator wallet retains admin authority (onlyOwner) to set objectives, thresholds, and override decisions if needed.

Every algorithmic decision produces a verifiable on-chain execution receipt via Somnia's BFT consensus mechanism. The app uses a minimal off-chain orchestrator for cycle scheduling and transaction signing; agent requests, responses, and treasury receipts remain publicly auditable on-chain.
